What is an
Executive Project?

Working with APEX coaching and other EC participants to identify and implement improvements
One of the biggest differences between this and many other executive development programs is the direct application of the Baldrige Framework into the participant's daily work. With support from APEX Partnerships, each executive (or team of executives from a single organization) will identify a meaningful project within their organization and apply key principles from their learning into action.
Executive Collaborative project framework:
-
Define individual learning objectives
-
Assess organizational challenges or advantages to identify a meaningful project opportunity
-
Define scope, project goals and objectives
-
Identify current state, future state and aligned best practices from national and regional research
-
Develop project plans and timeline for completion within 3-6 months
-
Execute project and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
-
Produce a written summary of key learning
-
Deliver a brief presentation within the organization and to other Executive Collaborative participants
-
Share learning and next steps at 2020 PENW Symposium
